Listen. The first, second and third steps are to listen, listen, and listen some more. While we bring many years of marketing experience to the table, we recognize that you're the expert as far as your business is concerned. So, we begin by listening to your immediate goals and needs.

Study your products and services. We invest time to learn all about the products and services you offer your customers. If there's a factory, we'll want a tour. If you're in the service business, we'll want to understand what makes your process unique. We find that customers are often an excellent source of marketing ideas, so we like to take advantage of any opportunity to speak with them directly.

Put your competition under a magnifying glass. We'll also expect to spend time examining your competitors. And exploring larger industry trends for opportunities.

Inventory current practices. We take an inventory of your current marketing practices to see if we can uncover any overlooked opportunities to bring in extra business.
